Adam Coombe has more than 15 years experience as a lawyer , and has been employed by some of Australia's most respected commercial and litigation law firms.
Adam's practice is focused on commercial litigation and dispute resolution.
Since Adam's admission to practice law in 2002 he has acted for companies, businesses, governments and individuals and undertaken an extensive variety of commercial litigation, dispute management and advisory work. Adam has advised upon, settled, prosecuted and defended hundreds of claims.
Adam is an experienced litigator, having worked as counsel, junior counsel and instructing solicitor in the Federal Court and Federal Circuit Court of Australia; the Full Court of the Supreme Court, Supreme Court, District Court and Magistrates Court of South Australia; and the Supreme Court and Local Court of the Northern Territory.
Adam also has extensive experience in alternative dispute resolution, particularly mediation.
