Role Description

Due to continued growth and increasing demand from our loyal and expanding client base, we are offering a genuine opportunity for an experienced Property & Commercial lawyer to work on high-quality matters in a collaborative and supportive environment.

You will work directly with the Partners of the firm to deliver strategic, commercially sound advice to a broad range of clients. The role involves managing your own matters with the support of senior lawyers who have been recognised as experts in their field.

Ideally suited to a 5+ year PQE lawyer with Property and Commercial acquisition experience, this is a fantastic opportunity for a lawyer who enjoys client contact, autonomy and being part of a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Advising clients on a range of commercial and property transactions
• Taking new client enquiries
• Efficiently managing own file list
• Conducting client meetings and client management
• Mentoring junior team members
• Contributing to BD through networking, content creation and participation in firm marketing initiatives.
• Ensuring compliance with legal, ethical and firm standards and procedures.

Prerequisite Experience

• 5+ years Post Admission Experience
