We regularly assist clients with private transactions to document their Contract of Sale and also the Form 1. We also assist when transactions are complex and require an expert to help the Agent to draft them accurately.

The first step is getting the terms and conditions in your Contract of Sale reflective of what both parties (i.e. the vendor and the purchaser) have agreed upon. It is the Conveyancers duty to follow the procedures as set out under the Real Property Act 1886 (SA) to ensure the transaction is legal, and to also draft the Contract of Sale to accurately reflect the intent of the agreement.
