About Margaret
Margaret was admitted to practice in 2025 and has experience across a broad range of commercial and civil litigation matters. Her work includes contract disputes, tort claims, personal injury, insurance matters, as well as planning and environment and local government matters.
Prior to her admission, Margaret worked as a law clerk and paralegal within commercial law firms, where she developed a strong foundation in legal practice. She also gained valuable experience through consulting internships, where she was exposed to complex commercial environments and developed strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-focused skills which now inform her practical and strategic approach to resolving disputes.
Margaret is committed to understanding her clients’ personal and commercial objectives, supporting them through disputes with clarity, care, and professionalism. She focuses on delivering high-quality advice and guidance, particularly in matters that can be complex or stressful for clients. Her experience enables her to approach matters with strong business and legal acumen, providing insight not only into the legal issues at hand but also the broader commercial context.
